To
achieve the correct running of Palm Oasis and its managing
and control organs.
To
achieve the recuperation of the owners’ confidence, so they
can go on enjoying their weeks with calm and satisfaction.
To
rectify the measures taken in the last years, specially
the one related with the amount of the maintenance fee,
making the neccessary modifications and adaptations based
on a quiet and fundamented analyse, in a democratic and
transparent way.
To
recover the prestige of the resort, not only at the level
of the owners, but also for the workers and employees of
the resort, and for the authorities and turistic organizations,
Interval International included.
To
bring calmness to the employees, workers and responsibles
of the resort, by recovering the entusiasm they had, so
they can develop their correspondent jobs with the demmanded
quality.
To
achieve such fundamental objectives it is needed:
To
achieve the union of the wills of the most number of owners
from all the nationalities in order to arrive to the quantity
of votes needed so our proposals become agreements, decissions
and rules of the resort, and substituing this way the authoritaristic
style of the organs that manage actually.
If
neccessary, to legally constitute an Owners Association
of all nationalities (independent from the Owners Community)
that can be present to defend theirselves and, eventually,
to name one Supervisor that responds directly to the interests
of the owners through this Association.
To
keep the owners informed about the situation of Palm Oasis,
the actions taken, the positions of the actual management
and the advisable forecast.
What
do we want from the owners?
That
all the owners of all nationalities that understand this
the same way take contact immediately with our Committee
to express their support to our objectives.
Together
with the point before, to achieve that the German owners
that actually have given their votes to an owner resident
in Gran Canaria, give them to our Committee for a better
defense of their interests.
To
delegate the vote in favour of Mr. José María Larrañaga
so it will be possible to:
Ask
for the convocation, extraordinary and as soon as possible,
of an Owners Assembly in order to take the first neccessary
decissions so that Palm Oasis can begin to improve all
the deficient aspects, to put in order and transparently
all the legal subjects in favour of the owners and the
resort that actually are supposedly not considerated
due to other interests.
To
achieve that in the Ordinary Assembly of Owners from
November 2004 (if this will be the date) the agreements
will be taken in interest of the owners.
